When you get a notoriety level, a husk will spawn that will glow a bit that shows up on the mini-map as a gold dot. You'll be introduced to Sin Orbs when you finish your first Extraction Facility. Very easy to complete these, just be aware you need to shoot down missiles with Blast Power for a missable achievement.
